1. License and Usage Restrictions
Non-Commercial Use Only: All fonts available in the Wordmark Font Database are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You are prohibited from using these fonts in any commercial project, including but not limited to advertising, branding, product packaging, or any other commercial endeavor.
Creative Commons License (CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0): The fonts are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0). This means you can share and adapt the fonts, but only under the following conditions:
Attribution: You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
Non-Commercial: You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
ShareAlike: If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Industrial Design Rights: The logos from which these fonts are sourced are protected by industrial design rights owned by the respective companies. These rights prohibit any unauthorized use of the fonts in a manner that infringes upon the design rights of the companies.
No Ownership Transfer: Downloading, accessing, or using the fonts does not transfer any ownership rights to you. The companies that own the original logos retain all rights to their intellectual property.
